ANOTHER REUNION?

After we said our goodbyes in Manila last October...we were not quite sure when we would see each other again. We are literally our velada theme of World Class that reunions are not always easy. Would we continue to meet, and gather, like we have for the last few years in anticipation of Silver Jubilee? Or would we ease back into our old lives and maybe see each other again in a few decades? Would we let our new found momentum for getting together die down?

Apparently, NOT. Soon enough there was a DVD viewing in New Jersey, various reunions in Manila, Alabanger monthly get togethers, Section 2 reunion in the San Francisco area, Section 6 reunion in Los Angeles, Section 7 reunions in Burlingame, another East Coast reunion in Staten Island...another one planned for Vegas...and then there was the chance for yet another reunion in...ROME.

Thanks to Mother Marie Eugenie, who was now to become Saint Marie Eugenie, here was another opportunity to reunite again.

So, before the '81 shirt fades from wear, or God-forbid gets tight, or the silver decal rips off, we seized the day...and flew. Some had to come from the other part of the world. Some of us just hopped the pond Atlantic, some of us had to cross the continent, then the pond...and then wonderfully found ourselves together again.

And since it's not very easy to travel halfway round the world, then we might as well see more of Italy...and not just Rome.

One more time now, '81 the World Class, still on the voyage together, in Italy.
